The Lonesome Losers are a Dallas, Texas based band who embody the spirit of Texas music. This is Conjunto Rock and Roll at its finest, mixing original songs and classic favorites with a distinct Tex -Mex twist, proverbial crossed ammo belts and a unique sound that is PURO TEX make for a band Texas hasn't seen the likes of in decades!
The Losers are Hill Country honky tonk meets border cantina, accordion fueled, good-timing beer drinking band. The fluidity and energy of Eddy V’s accordion against Charlie Ray's bluesy, craggy voice create harmonies that are like tanned leather. Johnny C’s ballsy, foot stomping bass licks and Shane DelaRosa keeping Texas time as he pounds the skins with the force of a thunderstorm make this band a unique and an absolutely unforgettable experience.
The familiar sounds of good 'ole Texas standards with new and intricate layers provided by the amazing feature solos of the lead players make this band a must see. The Lonesome Losers are a cross cultural experience, mixing traditional country and Polkas with Tejano, Conjunto and Norte styles. This is Tequila Polka, dancing, drinking, and crowd livening music. This band gets the Lone Star beer flowing and keeps the dance floor packed. Aqui es puro Tex.
